Many of the products for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering.
Warranty and Final Sale
All sales are final except where return policy applies. Retroactive discounts will not be provided post sale.
Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the manufacturer within 1 year of purchase for repair.
All products that are covered by a manufacturer's warranty must be serviced by the original manufacturer under a warranty claim filed by the end customer/buyer. Doing otherwise may void the manufacturer's warranty entirely.
PURCHASING FIREARMS ONLINE (FFL Transfers)
It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online may be picked up at our store or shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you. We may contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s). The buyer is encouraged to contact the receiving FFL licensee (local gun shop) before purchase.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING THE MAGNUSON-MOSS WARRANTY ACT (15 U.S.C. §§ 2301–2312) AND THE NORTH CAROLINA UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE (N.C.G.S. CHAPTER 25), ALL PRODUCTS SOLD BY RED TEAM ARMORY ARE PROVIDED WITHOUT ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT THAT SUCH DISCLAIMERS ARE PROHIBITED BY LAW IN CONNECTION WITH A PRODUCT ACCOMPANIED BY A WRITTEN MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY.
For products accompanied by a written manufacturer's warranty, any implied warranties are limited in duration to the period of the applicable manufacturer's warranty, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The manufacturer's warranty, where applicable, is the buyer's sole and exclusive remedy for product defects. RED Team Armory makes no independent warranties of any kind, express or implied, beyond the manufacturer's warranty. By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to this disclaimer.
Manufacturer Warranty Claims
All products sold by RED Team Armory that are covered by a manufacturer's warranty must be serviced directly by the original manufacturer. RED Team Armory is an authorized retailer, not the manufacturer, and does not perform warranty repairs, replacements, or evaluations of defective products. The buyer is responsible for initiating and managing all warranty claims with the manufacturer.
Filing a warranty claim through any party other than the original manufacturer may void the manufacturer's warranty entirely. RED Team Armory is not responsible for any product defects, malfunctions, or failures that are covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
📅 Dead-On-Arrival (DOA) Support — 48-Hour Window
If you receive a non-firearm product that is defective out of the box (DOA) — meaning it fails to function for its intended purpose upon first use with no signs of misuse, modification, or damage — you may contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery confirmation for DOA support. This policy applies to accessories, optics, electronic sights, lasers, IR devices, illumination devices, and similar non-firearm products. Firearms are excluded from this policy and are governed by the warranty terms outlined in the General Firearm Sales section above.
To qualify for DOA support, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The defect must be reported to support@redteamarmory.com within 48 hours of the carrier's confirmed delivery date and time.
- The buyer must provide a clear description of the defect, accompanied by photos or video evidence demonstrating the issue.
- The product must be in its original condition — unmodified, unmounted, and free of any signs of misuse, abuse, or damage not attributable to the defect.
- The product must not fall under a category excluded by the manufacturer's warranty terms.
What DOA support includes:
- RED Team Armory will provide all purchase documentation needed for your warranty claim (invoice, purchase date, serial number verification).
- We will provide you with the manufacturer's direct warranty contact information (RMA portal, phone, and/or email) and walk you through the claim process.
- Where RED Team Armory maintains a direct relationship with the manufacturer or its representatives, we may, at our sole discretion, escalate the matter on your behalf.
What DOA support does not include:
- DOA support does not constitute an offer of refund, return, exchange, or replacement by RED Team Armory.
- RED Team Armory does not file warranty claims on behalf of the buyer. The buyer is responsible for initiating and managing the claim directly with the manufacturer.
- Resolution timelines, outcomes, and remedies (repair, replacement, or credit) are determined solely by the manufacturer under their warranty terms.
⚠This warranty disclaimer applies to all products sold by RED Team Armory. The DOA support policy above applies to non-firearm products only. Firearm warranty claims are governed by the manufacturer's warranty as described in the General Firearm Sales section.
RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
We are committed to delivering high-quality products. Please review our policy carefully to understand your options and any associated fees.
Order Cancellation Policy
We value our customers and work hard to process orders immediately. Because many of our products are special ordered from suppliers specifically for you, cancellations create significant logistical and financial burdens for our small business.
Standard Cancellation Fee: 15%
All order cancellations—regardless of shipping status or stock location—are subject to a flat 15% cancellation fee. This fee covers credit card and ACH processing costs (which are not refunded to us), administrative time, and logistical overhead associated with restocking the ordered product(s).
⚠NOTE: Cancelling an order within one (1) hour of placing the order will not be subject to a cancellation fee.
- NFA Items: Cancellations for NFA items (suppressors, SBRs, etc.) are subject to a 35% fee due to the complex regulatory paperwork involved.
- Custom/Gunsmithing Work: Orders involving gunsmithing or compliance work are subject to an additional 10% fee if the work has already commenced.
- Already Shipped: If an order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be treated as a Return (see Return Policy below).
Alternative to Cancellation Fees
At the sole discretion of RED Team Armory, instead of paying the cancellation fee for a partial refund, you may opt for a RED Team Armory gift eCard for 95% of the original order amount. This option is not available for layaways or shipped orders.
Returns (General)
Excluding the product categories listed below, a return may be approved for an item that has not been opened, installed, or used, at the sole discretion of RED Team Armory.
⚠Requests regarding manufacturing defects must be directed to the manufacturer and handled by the buyer via the manufacturer's warranty agreement. See our Warranty Disclaimer & Product Defects section for details, including our 48-hour DOA support policy for non-firearm products.
- Requesting a Return: To initiate a return, please email support@redteamarmory.com.
- Restocking Fee: Approved returns incur a 15% restocking fee. For products that have undergone gunsmithing, the fee is 25%. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Time Limit: We must receive all requested documents for an approved return within 14 days, or the return will be canceled.
Non-Returnable & Non-Cancellable Products
The following products are not eligible for return or cancellation under any circumstances:
- Firearms (after transfer to buyer)
- NFA products (after transfer to buyer)
- Ammunition, illumination devices, lasers, IR devices, electronic sights, optics, and night vision equipment
- Products that have been subject to gunsmithing, mounting, or compliance services
- Custom configured, "as is," "rebuilt," or "used" products
- Products that have been unpackaged, installed, or used after receipt
Special Conditions for NFA Products
- Restocking Fee: Approved returns or cancellations of NFA products incur a 35% restocking fee.
- Post-Shipment: No returns or cancellations will be approved after an NFA product has been shipped.
ORDER FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING
All orders are processed and deployed using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are provided automatically via email upon dispatch. We have removed the "shipping anxiety" tax—we no longer ask you to pay extra to ensure your package arrives.

Ammunition Purchases
You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older for handgun ammunition. All ammunition sales are final and, where legally mandated, ship with an adult signature required. Customers are responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal laws.
FIREARM/NFA TRANSFER FEES
A transfer fee is charged if a local customer purchases from another dealer and has their order shipped to us for transfer and pickup.
Our transfer fee schedule is below. Fees are not negotiable. Fees are halved for active duty military members and law enforcement officers.

90-DAY LAYAWAY PROGRAM
By initiating a layaway plan with RED Team Armory, you ("the Customer") agree to the following legally binding terms and conditions. Your completion of the layaway checkout process serves as your digital signature and acceptance of this agreement.

Key Policies & Conditions
- Price & Item Guarantee: Initiating a layaway plan secures the advertised price and allocates the specific item(s) from our inventory for you.
- Customer Limits: Standard customers are permitted one (1) open layaway order at a time. Guild Members are permitted up to two (2) open layaway orders.
- Payment: The 25% down payment is strictly non-refundable. Customers may make payments of any amount at any time during the 90-day term. The full remaining balance must be paid on or before the 90th calendar day.
- NFA Items: For layaway orders containing NFA-regulated items, we will not initiate any ATF Form 3 transfers to another dealer until the order balance is paid in full.
- Loyalty Points: Loyalty Points cannot be applied as payment to any open layaway order's balance.
Partial Shipments (Multi-Item Orders)
You may request to have items from a multi-product order shipped before the total balance is paid, subject to these strict conditions:
- The total amount paid must exceed the full price of the item(s) to be shipped, plus any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
- A minimum balance equal to 25% of the remaining, unshipped items' value must be maintained on the order.
- A separate shipping and handling fee will be assessed for each partial shipment.
Default and Cancellation
- Plan Default: A layaway plan is considered in default if full payment is not received by 11:59 PM EST on the 90th calendar day. The plan will be automatically defaulted and cancelled on Day 91. The Fair Default and Cancellation Policy will apply.
- Plan Cancellation: You may request to cancel your layaway plan at any time by contacting customer service. The Fair Default and Cancellation Policy will apply.
- Fair Default and Cancellation Policy: We believe in a fair policy. Upon cancellation or default:
- The item(s) will be returned to our available inventory.
- Your initial 25% Non-Refundable Down Payment is forfeited to cover administrative and restocking costs.
- The initial $35 layaway service fee is also Non-Refundable.
- Any payments made above and beyond the initial 25% deposit will be refunded to your original payment method or issued to you as a store credit (valid for one year from the date of default or cancellation.)
The 25% non-refundable down payment and $35 service fee constitute reasonable liquidated damages to compensate RED Team Armory for administrative, storage, inventory-holding, and opportunity costs incurred upon cancellation or default.

Final Agreement
- No Modifications: No product substitutions or removals are permitted. We may permit items to be added at our sole discretion.
- All Sales Final: All items purchased via layaway are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Standard manufacturer warranties still apply.
- Communication: It is the Customer's responsibility to manage their layaway and make payments on time. We are not obligated to send payment reminders.
ORDER CHANGES
If you have placed an order and wish to change it, please contact us within four (4) hours of order creation. Any requests after four hours will require an order cancellation, which is subject to our cancellation policy below. This policy does not apply to Layaway Orders, which are final.
ACH PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION AGREEMENT
By selecting the ACH payment option at checkout, you ("Customer") authorize RED Team Armory to debit your bank account for the amount of your purchase or agreed payment amount on a recurring basis.
Authorization for Direct Debit
By providing your bank account information and selecting the ACH payment option, you authorize RED Team Armory to electronically debit your bank account for the agreed purchase amount.
Recurring Payments (if applicable)
If you are enrolling in a subscription or recurring service, you authorize RED Team Armory to initiate recurring debit entries to your bank account for the specified billing cycle (e.g., monthly, annually). You will be notified of any changes to the billing amount or frequency prior to implementation.
Insufficient Funds
If a debit is returned unpaid due to insufficient funds, a non-sufficient funds (NSF) fee of $30.00 will be charged to your account. This fee will be added to your outstanding balance and may be debited from your account.
Revocation of Authorization by Bank
In the event that your bank refuses or reverses payment, RED Team Armory reserves the right to collect the amount due through other available collection methods, which may include suspension or termination of services until full payment is received.
Acknowledgment
By proceeding with the ACH payment option, you agree to the terms of this ACH Payment Authorization and confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are an authorized user of the bank account specified.
LEGAL PROVISIONS & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The following provisions govern the legal relationship between you ("Customer," "Buyer," or "You") and RED Team Armory, LLC ("RTA," "we," "us," or "our") with respect to all purchases, transactions, and use of the RED Team Armory website.
Governing Law & Venue
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or relating to your purchase from or interaction with RED Team Armory, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action or proceeding not subject to arbitration under the provisions below shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Granville County, North Carolina, and you irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT AND TO HAVE A JURY TRIAL.
You and RED Team Armory agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, any purchase made through our website, or the products sold by RED Team Armory (collectively, "Disputes") shall be resolved through the following process:
Step 1 — Informal Resolution (Required): Before initiating any formal dispute proceeding, you agree to first contact us at support@redteamarmory.com with a written description of the dispute and your proposed resolution. Both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of the written notice.
Step 2 — Binding Arbitration: If the dispute is not resolved informally within the 30-day period, either party may initiate binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, in the English language, and shall take place in Granville County, North Carolina, or at a mutually agreed-upon location. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
⚠ Class Action & Jury Trial Waiver
YOU AND RED TEAM ARMORY AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING DISPUTES AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of class or representative proceeding. BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, YOU AND RED TEAM ARMORY EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
Exceptions to Arbitration: Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights or confidential information. Additionally, disputes involving amounts of $5,000 or less may, at either party's election, be resolved in small claims court in Granville County, North Carolina, provided the claim falls within the court's jurisdictional limits.
Arbitration Costs: RED Team Armory will pay all AAA filing fees and arbitrator fees for claims under $10,000, unless the arbitrator determines the claim is frivolous. For claims over $10,000, costs shall be allocated in accordance with AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. Each party shall bear its own attorney's fees unless the arbitrator awards fees to the prevailing party.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RED TEAM ARMORY, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO:
- Your purchase of or inability to purchase any product;
- Any product defect, malfunction, or failure (which is subject to the manufacturer's warranty exclusively);
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
- Any conduct or content of any third party, including manufacturers, carriers, and FFLs;
- Any injury, death, or property damage resulting from the use, misuse, or negligent handling of any product purchased from RED Team Armory.
IN NO EVENT SHALL RED TEAM ARMORY'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR PURCHASE EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO RED TEAM ARMORY FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, the above limitations shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Force Majeure
RED Team Armory shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations (including but not limited to order processing, shipping, and delivery) where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics or public health emergencies, government orders or regulations, ATF or regulatory delays, carrier disruptions, civil unrest, war, terrorism, cyber attacks, power failures, supplier shortages, or interruptions to internet or telecommunications infrastructure. In the event of a force majeure event, affected performance obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the event, and deadlines shall be extended accordingly.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with any policies referenced herein and any order-specific terms presented at checkout, constitute the entire agreement between you and RED Team Armory with respect to your purchase and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, communications, or agreements, whether written or oral. No waiver of any term or condition shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
CONDITIONS OF USE
Use of the RED Team Armory website constitutes agreement to our terms of use. We encourage you to review the following information carefully.
Affidavit of Customer
By making a purchase, I affirm that:
- I am not an unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance.
- I have never been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
- I am not under indictment for and have never been convicted of a crime punishable by imprisonment for over one year.
- I am not a fugitive from justice.
- I am not subject to a restraining order.
- I have not been adjudicated as a mental defective or committed to a mental institution.
- I am not an illegal or unlawful alien and have not renounced my U.S. citizenship.
- I have never been discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions.
- I am at least twenty-one (21) years old for handgun purchases or eighteen (18) for long gun purchases.
Indemnification and Agreement to Defend
I agree that if any of my representations are incorrect, I will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RED Team Armory and its owners, agents, and employees against any civil or criminal prosecution resulting from my purchase.
