Upland ready with a satin varnish finish grade II/III walnut stock, matte nickel finish alloy receiver, and Truglo front sight. The SX4 has improved ergonomics and enhanced features compared to the previous SX3 model. It is slightly slimmer and lighter, with a redesigned grip for improved comfort and aiming. Function controls and the trigger guard have been enlarged for easier operation in difficult weather conditions and safer operation. The Active Valve System self-adjusts to allocate the exact gas pressure needed to reliably cycle a wide variety of loads while reducing felt recoil. The Inflex Technology recoil pad directs and channels the recoil impulse, moving the comb down and away from your cheek to reduce felt recoil. The new pad’s larger footprint spreads recoil over a wider area for further cushioning. The Super X4 comes with length of pull spacers that fit between the stock and recoil pad to provide a tailored fit. The safety is larger and easier to operate. Located at the rear of the angular-profile trigger guard, the safety is easily reversible for left and right-handed shooters. The chrome-plated chamber and bore resist wear and offer protection from rust and corrosion. A dropout trigger group is easy to remove for thorough cleaning or lubrication. Holds four (4) 2-3/4" shells. Has an overall length of 49" and weighs 7 lbs 2 oz.
